Q-PLUS Labs adds the Starrett HVR100-Flip to its expansive video-based measurement arsenal. This versatile, all-in-one FOV system has the unique capability of being used in either a vertical or horizontal orientation. With a working distance of 10″ and the ability to measure parts up to 3.65″ x 3″ in size, the system’s capabilities encompass measuring a single feature to an entire part and even multiple parts with its auto-detect part recognition. The HVR100-FLIP increases measurement throughput using Metlogix M3 software, which gives the user access to easy, one-touch feature measurements to compare complex profiles with discreet data points, as well as CAD comparison abilities that allow features to be exported to DXF.
